Insurance and Cost?
Bloom is in-network with most major insurance carriers including Highmark, UPMC, Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, Allegheny County Medicaid (CCBH) and offers a flexible fee-for-service model to accommodate the financial needs of our clients.
- Psychiatric Evaluation with Psychiatrist: $300
- Psychiatric Evaluation with CRNP/PA: $200
- Psychiatric Medication Management Follow Up: $150
- Therapy Intake: $120

What types of mental health conditions do you treat?
Staff at bloom including psychiatrist, certified registered nurse practitioners, therapists, and physician’s assistants are here to aid in your mental health conditions. They treat a wide array of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and other behavioral health conditions. Meet with one of our skilled prescribers to assess your specific condition and formulate a plan that works for you.
Is there a no-show fee?
All Cancelations must be made 48 hours in advance. Any appointment cancelled under 48 hours will result in a $60 late cancellation fee. If you do not attend a scheduled appointment and fail to cancel in advance, you will be charged a no-show fee based on the appointment type:
- Psych Evaluation with Psychiatrist: $300*
- Psychiatric Evaluation with NP or PA: $200*
- Psychiatric Follow Up Appointment: $150
- Therapy Intake: $120
Therapy Follow Up: $120
* Please note: These fees do not apply to individuals covered by Medicaid, in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
